Michael has been a successful, full-time real estate Broker/Owner for over 18 years. Having lived in Contra Costa County for over 30 years, he knows the people and what most would consider the "good areas". More importantly, Michael has helped hundreds with their real estate transactions.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Economics, he went on to prepare for his career in real estate.
Courses Michael has mastered include; Real Estate Practice, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Escrow, Real Estate Property Management, Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Law, Lawyers & Litigation, Real Estate Agency and Ethics, Real Estate Documents,Title and Property Tax courses.
